How to start
Only the starting is hard.
Starting an exercise routine can be daunting, but it can significantly improve your physical and mental well-being. Choose a class that suits your abilities and gradually build your confidence and strength. Your Teacher will help you begin with gentle movements, adjusting them to your comfort level. Every small effort counts, and everyone's fitness journey is unique. Embrace the process, listen to your body, and celebrate your progress!
